“WW is a globally relocatable tool integrating publicly available long-term model reanalyses with long-term buoy data” and a 3-hr. duration for go/no-go criteria. The WW re-sults were evaluated at the 50th percentile occurrence. The model predicted eight and 11 missed days for the large and small boats, respectively, and the actual missed days were seven and nine for the two boat lengths, re-spectively. The July and August 2022 predictions appear to be consistent with statistical norm, and the number of missed days did not exceed statistical norm at 50th percentile. Conclusion Weather Window and its embedded parametric in-surance will be of interest to stakeholders in offshore and coastal operations that could be restricted by mete-orological and oceanographic conditions. This includes planners and contract bidders who need to understand the percent of potential working days for a given period, the offshore decision-making personnel who make go/no go decisions, and management/developers responsible for reducing the risk of offshore operations.
